Have you always wanted to own your own horse, or your child wants a pony really bad?  Before you run out and buy the first horse you see think of the advantages of leasing.

Leasing gives you the opportunity to try out the financial commitment of ownership.  If you are a parent with a horse crazy child leasing gives you the time to decide if this is a passing phase or a serious endeavor.  Our program is designed to allow you the experience of riding a variety of different horses to help you find a horse that fits your personal needs.  If at the end of your lease you find that you are completely in love with your equine companion and ready for the big step some of our lease horses are available for purchase.  This assures you that you are buying a horse that you know will work for you.  Length of each lease is customized for each client.  Below is an outline of the terms and responsibilities in the lease program.

THE LEASE

$230 Per Month

Included:

• Board on horse
• Tack and Equipment (boots and helmet not included)
• All supplements for horse
• Worming
• Use of horse a minimum of three days a week
• Use of horse for off property functions (trailering fees not included)

Not Included:

• Minor vet bills due to negligence
• Trailering and schooling for horse shows
• Entries for horse shows
